quemard property management  is a hands on business and respects every property as if it were our own, ensuring it is managed and cared for to the highest of standards.

If you have a property you would like to have managed, our low fee fixed at 5% of the monthly rent, ensures you retain maximum income from your property/investment.

With regular inspection visits to your property  and communication with the tenants, you can rest assured that your property is in good hands. 

All of our property owners receive monthly statements of credit and debit transactions during the month. All debits shall be backed up with copies of receipts.

We have a professional team of local tradesmen who are all on  24hr emergency call out.
